YouTube USAGE: All of our music is safe to use for YouTube videos (including monetized videos). Once purchased, your license permits you to synchronize with visuals and post on sites such as YouTube , Facebook and Vimeo without any copyright infringement. PLEASE NOTE: Our music is NOT free to use.  YouTube videos are covered under the standard license which is sold with each track.

Our standard license is included with each track.

The Music License allows you to:

 - Use the purchased music file in film and video projects, radio, TV, advertising, trade shows and events, music-on-hold, games, apps, websites, audio books, business presentations and videos, podcasts, You Tube channels, multimedia, slide shows, school projects, film festivals, meditation, yoga and exercise videos, spas, restaurants, public places such as transit stations and offices.

 - Sell up to 1000 units of any product containing the music with our standard license. For more than 1000 units a Mass Market License is required. The Limited License allows you to make up to 10,000 units and the Unlimited License permits an unlimted quantity of units.

 - Use the music in conjunction with other production elements such as visuals, voice-overs and sound effects. 

 - Purchase the rights to use Also Sprach Zarathustra by Richard Strauss only if your country of residence is listed in the special license agreement which must be agreed to before you purchase the right to use this music.

Prohibited Uses are:

 - Using the music as 'stand alone' either in a CD or Playlist complilation.

 - The music cannot be resold, shared, copied or transferred to another idividual or organization. 

 - You cannot alter the music in any way or add lyrics.

 - If you are using the music in TV or on radio you must purchase a Mass Market license. For local and regional usage the Limited License will suffice. For national and international usuage the Unlimted License is required. A theatrical license is required for commercial movies.

At checkout you have the choice to purchase either a Mass Market Limited, Mass Market Unlimited or a Theatrical License. There is an additional fee for each of these upgrades. Please make sure you understand the terms and conditions of each license before making a purchase.
